NEXT-BEST-THING TO ROBERT REDFORD (Serves 15)
1 cup flour 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup (or less) sugar 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 8 ounces whipped topping 1 6-ounce package chocolate instant pudding mix 1 6-ounce package vanilla instant pudding mix 3 cups milk 8 ounces whipped topping 1/2 cup milk chocolate shavings
Mix flour, margarine and pecans in bowl. Press into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cream sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Combine pudding mixes and milk in bowl; beat until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining 8 ounces whipped topping. Chill for several hours. Sprinkle with chocolate. Cut into squares to serve.
