Recipe(tried): Pork Chops

Equal amounts of catsup and pineapple juice
1 tsp. dry mustard ( For 4-6 chops)
1 med onion - finely chopped

Mix above ingredients together

Brown chops lightly

Put some of the sauce mixture on the bottom of foil lined pan.
Place chops on top and cover with rest of sauce.
Bake for 45" to 1' at 375F.

It makes a real MESS of the pan, so I ALWAYS line with foil first!!!

Variation --

Pork cubes, sauce, pineapple chunks done the same way and served over rice or noodles.

This was one of my mom's "new bride" recipes in 1943!
