marinate the pork chops in red wine, crushed corinder seed, onions and garlic overnight. Also add a stick of cinnamon and about 5 cloves.
Take the pork out of the marinade but save the marinade. Fry off the chops in a large pan in a little olive oil. Pour in all the marinade once the chops have browned a bit. Leave to simmer for about 1 hour until tender. Serve with rice with the sauce poured over.
