This sounds delicious! What type of cheese have you found to be the best in this bread (I notice your recipe didn't specify one in particular)?

I think I've probably printed off all of the recipes you've posted so far - I do have the Bobotie in my "Julie C" recipe file, and I thank you again for all of these.
