This is easy and tasty. Apply Adobo that has pepper (available in the ethnic foods section of most grocery stores) liberally to your chops. Fry them in a skillet with a little olive oil. Once you've browned them on either side, add a few dashes of hot sauce (not tabasco) to taste. Serve this with rice and beans and plantains for an authentic Puerto Rican meal. Hope this helps!
