Thanks Peggy for all the great suggestions. I think I will try some of these for dinner soon.
I found out at the last minute that they eat fish. I served a delicate rice noodle (boiled, then fried) with a peanut sauce. Then I took grilled marineated thick tuna steaks sliced over the noodles, topped with thin slice of sauteed red pepper and black seasame seeds. One one side of a large brimmed soup plate I served a spicy Thai salad and on the other side Pea Pods with match stick baby carrots sauteed in sesame oil. I then put small dots of fresh Wasabi on the brim for color and for extra spiceness. I started with a bean and cheese casadea (sp?), followed by a ceasar sald and crusty bread. For dessert, Strawberries in Amaretto with Coffee. Followed by port. It was a big hit.
