Take cubed/tenderized steaks and cut or pull them apart. Then cook them with thin slices of onion, about 1 small onion thinly slicedand sautee together in skillet when completed cooking add 1-2tblsp of flour and mix, makes a rue then add milk to make a gravy around the meat. Really southern and delicious. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over toast with some canned vegies on the side. Takes about 15 min start to finish and heats just as easy.
