NO PEEK STEW
1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can tomato soup
1 onion, chopped
4-5 carrots, cut up
5-8 potatoes, peeled, and cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1 soup can of water
2 Tbs. Tapioca
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and put into large oven dish. Cover and put into oven at 250 degrees. Cook for 4 hours. Do not remove lid while it is cooking.
