Finally summer came, so I had to make a light meal(yeah, me too!)

I boiled some pasta(bows). Made dressing in a bowl: Chopped red onion, a finely chopped stalk of cellery, two tablespoons white wine vingar, a dash of olive oil, 10 drops of green tabasco. When the pasta was cooked and rinsed, it was added to the dressing, tossed and let cool to room temperature. I then added a couple of fistfuls of cooked and cleaned small shrimp(salad type), a tin of aspargus, a red bell pepper in thin strips, and lots of fresh dill, coarsely chopped. Lined a bowl with iceberg lettuce, added shrimp/pasta salad and garnished with sections of hard boiled eggs.
Crunchy, hot rolls and a glass of white wine. Voila. Summer was here!! Just had to share.
