a nice summer dessert, Banana Split Cake
Crush on package of graham crackers, add 4 tablespoons of melted butter, and make a crust, set aside. Combine 2 sticks (1 cup) of butter (margarine), 2 eggs (equivalent in pasteurized egg product) and 2 cups of powered sugar, mix well. Spread over the graham cracker crust. Drain one can of crushed pineapple; after well drained spread over the butter mixture and top with 3-4 sliced bananas. Spread one small container of whipped topping. Sprinkle crushed nuts over top and decorate with maraschino cherries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
It's a wonderful and cool dessert for those hot summer nights
