My family has quite a few favorites, but one that comes to mind is Manicotti. Being Italian, of course I make homemade sauce with meatballs and hot sausage. I think making the manicotti shells and filling them is easier than making lasagna. If anyone wants this recipie, just let me know, I'll be happy to pass it on! We always serve this with garlic bread and tossed salad, and of course some nice red wine! |
