My uncle used to fish off Montauck Point (Long Island) a lot, and would bring home what he called "poor man's swordfish", and we kids would gobble it up. It was several years before we realized we were eating shark! It was good! My mother just broiled it with lemon butter, salt and pepper, because my father never liked anything too fancy.
