I'm making Boboli pizza tonight. Do any of you out there design your own pizzas with Boboli or other Italian bread shells? Tonight I spread them with a thin layer of tomato sauce, sprinkled on fresh oregano and rosemary from the garden, a chopped orange bell pepper, sliced scallions and sliced raw sugar snap peas (some pepperoni on the guys' side). Topped with a little part-skim mozzarella. Am interested in how others do it up!
