Pat, I am happy to hear that there is someone else in the world who puts sugar snap peas on pizzas! I like to "doctor up" my frozen pizzas with different things, and sugar snap peas are my favorite topping. I got some really strange looks from my roommates when I would do that. It is nice to know there is someone else out there with such good taste! :)
Anyhow, I like making barbecue chicken pizzas with a Boboli crust. I spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce on the pizza and top it with diced, cooked chicken, red and green peppers, purple onion, and mozzarella. It is a really tasty and colorful dish!
