Thank you for sharing that recipe Rhonda, I will try it this weekend. It does my heart good to know there's a little girl out there, enjoying Mom's gourmet cooking in her high chair. I'll never forget when I brought my son for a check-up when he was in third grade and the doctor asked him if he ate his vegetables. Al proceeded to tell him he eats broccoli, asparagus, artichokes, cauliflower, bok choy, etc., etc., etc., "especially with sauteed scallops." The doc looks at me and asks, "How do you do it?" Well, he'd been eating that stuff since he had teeth! Keep up the good work. |
