An alternate to cheese -- try cooking up some elbow macaroni (about 2 cups dry) and adding a can of mushroom soup. Don't add water, instead, add a can of mushrooms with the water, add a capful of lemon juice, and a tbsp of Italian dressing. Mix in about 2 tablespoons of some prepared mustard (the tangy kind -- Diijon tends not to have the right kick) -- or whatever is most appealing to you. I tend to like a lot of mustard in mine, but taste it periodically to see where your limit is. Stir over low heat until the mushroom soup is thoroughly mixed. For variety, add a can of tuna to the initial recipe -- it is very yummy and goes a long way! :-)
