thats so funny that you are reading Fannie Flaggs new book -- I just read a review of it the other day and was thinking of picking it up! How are u liking it so far?

Large shrimp are $8.49/lb here -- I just came back from the store and bought some tilapia (which I will make tomorrow) so I checked the shrimp prices. Tiger shrimp (which I like because they slice down the back and devein -- making it so much easier to peel) is $6.99/lb -- not much smaller than large, and the ease in peeling makes it my choice.
