What a clever idea! I've long since given up rying to bake pizzas at home because of the impossibility of getting the crust right - I always thought it was the flour I used. Do ou think I can use a concrete tile instead of terracotta ? I'll try this weekend as I've got one already that fits, otherwise I'll go and find a proper terracotta tile. I doubt if pizza stones are readily available in Johannesburg anyway. Thanks for the info - Penny
