I just finished making a copy for my files... I love how you not only give the recipe but you also explained how you made alterations and why... I think we all do this... or at least my cookbooks with the notes written in the margins will attest to that... thanks for all of the ideas and the great recipes!!! I admire that you are able to try so many different recipes in a week... It shows that you place a lot of TIME planning your meals...and its that "SPECIAL" ingredient that gives your cooking that certain something...that spells out "I LOVE YOU". What a lucky family you must have!!!
