Thanks for your kind words. I am sure you will enjoy them as much as we did.

When it comes to the Chicken Ole, I think it makes 4-6 servings, it depends on who you are serving it to. My husband usually has less of an appetite than I do at dinner so he gets a slightly smaller serving and I give myself a larger one and sometimes two because I have smaller lunches. It made enough for us to have two nights from it so for us it would be 4 servings but if you are serving it with other side dishes and an appetizer and dessert, than I would say it would make 6 comfortably.
