SUNDAY DINNER AT OUR HOUSE

Today's dinner is going to be pretty simple. My dh bought us a computer desk, hutch, and a TALL bookcase yesterday. I've spent most of my morning staining the bookcase. We are going to have: cubed steak cooked in the oven with gravy consisting of 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, minced garlic, red and green bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I'll serve this over some yolk-free wide noodles. We will also have corn relish, Claussen Pickles (I love them), rolls, sliced tomatoes, string beans, and sweet tea with lemon. I'm going to bake that EASY poundcake this afternoon that I posted here several days ago. Of course, the poundcake baking will be after I take my Sunday afternoon nap. It's the only day that I take a nap, but I do LOVE IT!
I hope that everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

5 I use Tetley decaf tea(8 small bags or 2 large) and a tea making machine, with 1 cup sugar for 2 quarts of tea. I'm southern too, and spent the last 6 years in good ole 'bama. They do have the best sweet tea there!!!! nt
