This is the only way I cook any type of roast. Put it in a pan with tight fitting lid (or foil) sprinkle with Onion Soup Mix and a can of Coke. Bake 325 at 1 hour per pound. This is great as I put it in before Church and it is done when we get home. If you want gravy, put in pan with tight fitting lid (or foil) add onion soup mix and a can of mushroom soup. You can also add a can of Dawn Mushroom Steak Sauce. I have made it with just the soup mix and mushroom soup and is very good. You have instant gravy.
