I have a recipe that I have used over and over again and it is loved by my entire family (that does not happen too often). I have modified it from the original recipe
Saucepot Meatballs 1 lb ground beef seasoned with garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs (use whatever amount you desire)
Roll and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs
Put into sauce, cover and simmer for 1 hour on med-low
Sauce 2 cans condensed tomato soup 1/2 can water 1 envelope onion soup mix
Heat tomato soup, add onion soup, mix and heat for 15 minutes, then add meatballs. Serve over rice.
