Spiced Orange Asparagus

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 green onion -- minced 1 shallot -- minced 1 clove garlic -- minced 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro -- minced 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1/2 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 pound asparagus 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Steam asparagus until crisp-tender. Saute onion, shallot, garlic, cilantro and ginger in oil. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice and soy. Bring to a simmer, and cook until reduced by 1/3, about 4 min. Remove from heat and toss with steamed asparagus and the toasted sesame seeds. Chill 40 min, and toss well before serving.
