wedges.

I took some flanksteak and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Took it out
and sliced it into thin slices. I then saute'd it in a hot skillet with some
olive oil for a few minutes then added some A1 sweet & spicy steak sauce about
1 1/2 tbl. and finished cooking it for about another 2 minutes. It was really
tasty and so quick.
For the potatoes I used the recipe I got from TKL's copycat site. This one is a
keeper.
Boston Market Dill Potatoes
7-8 new red potatoes, precooked whole the night before in water until soft
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 stick butter ( not margarine)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. crushed dill

Cut potatoes into 1 1/2- 2 inch cubes. Melt butter in a large frying pan.
Saute' garlic for a couple of moments, then add seasonings, add potatoes and
toss to coat well. Pan fry the potatoes until they are lightly brown.
