This is a very simple recipe - Ingredients are as follows:

4 boned trout, heads and tails on
one bunch fresh basil, washed and left intact
two lemons, thinly sliced
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

In the cavity of each fish, place salt and pepper, several leaves of fresh
basil and thinly sliced lemon slices. Close and run the outside of each fish
with olive oil.

Heat grill and cook fish for about 3-4 minutes per side - the skin should get
crispy. Remove from grill, open the fish, and serve. If your guests are
squeamish you may remove the head and tail at this point. However, it adds a
great deal of flavor while cooking. If you live in the mid-Atlantic region (as
I do) this is wonderful in the summer with fresh tomatoes and corn on the cob.
