Chicken Divan
1 - 2 bunches of fresh broccoli (cooked) or you can use 1 or 2 (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
2 to 3 cups of cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1/2 c mayo 1 - 2 cups cooked diced chichen grated cheddar cheese
In an oblong casserole dish place cooked rice on the bottom. Next layer the cooked broccoli, then chicken. Combine the soups and mayo and pour over the top. Top with grated cheddar cheese and bake uncovered for about 1/2 hour at 350. You can add alittle lemon just to the liquid mixture. It gives it a little tangy taste. This can also be made without the rice.
