Sorry about the measurements. It is one of those recipes that you just make according to taste.
Half head shreaded cabbage start with 1/2 c mayo (Best Foods on the West Coast/Hellman's on the East) sprinkle of white vinegar (try 1/8 of a cup or less) 1/4 c sugar (more if not sweet enough) salt and pepper.
Give this a try. Adj the vinegar and sugar to how you like the finished taste. If you get it too sweet add more vinegar. If too sour add more sugar. And adj the mayo too! This is so simple and great. Give it a try.
