as easy as possible Elly! My DH slow-smoked the pork tenderloins---I had marinated them in Best Foods Italian salad dressing for about 5-6 hrs. Party Potatoes go by other names too....I left out the cheddar cheese this time (cause Mom is kinda lactose intolerent)....the sour cream flavor really came through. Party Potatoes 1 32oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1 cube/stick butter, melted 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 bunch green onions, chopped 2 C. sour cream season salt & pepper to taste 2C. shredded cheddar cheese (I left out) 1 C. cornflake crumbs 1/4 C. butter In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except crumbs & 1/4 C butter) Pour into 9x13 baking dish & top with the crumbs that you've mixed with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr. ENJOY!
