Spaghetti Sauce
4 lbs ground beef 2 large onions 3 tsp fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried Fresh parsley ( handful) 1 qt tomato juice 1 12 oz can tomato paste 1 qt water 1 T garlic powder (added the last 1/2 hour)
Brown beef and drain well. Grind onions with rosemary or chop. Add beef back to pan and add onions and rosemary. Saute until onions are clear. Add parsley, tomato paste, juice, and water. Cook for 2 or 3 hours until thick. Add garlic last 1/2 hour. Can thicken with flour and water if not thick enough for you. Serve over spaghetti. This freezes well. Make a large amount.
