chops. I really don't have a recipe. Here's what I did.

Crockpot Stuffed Pork Chops

6-8 center cut boneless pork chops, thick cut if possible
stove top or pepperidge farm stuffing, prepared, cooled
1 cup ready made brown gravy, canned or homemade
1-2 tbl. oil, for frying
2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2 or 3rds
fresh mushrooms , sliced, optional ( about 1 cup)

Cut a pocket into each pork chop. Season pork chops with Adolphs meat
tenderizer W/spices and garlic powder or seasoning of choice.Put about 2-3
tbl.stuffing into each pocket.( I stuffed as much as I could in because it
packs down as it cooks.) Secure with wooden toothpick. Brown pork chops in hot
oil in skillet.Put celery in bottom of crockpot.Add mushrooms if using. Layer
browned porkchops in crockpot, laying flat so stuffing has less of a chance of
falling out. Pour gravy over chops. Cover, cook on high 3 1/2 hours or on low 5-
6 hours.
They turned out really well.No knife needed to cut these chops, very
tender.Don't forget about the toothpicks because some of them are hard to see
after they come out of the crockpot.Enjoy.
