Stromboli is basically a rolled up pizza.

Take home made pizza crust dough and roll out to the size of a jelly roll pan (13 x 9). Fill with whatever your daughter likes and roll like a jelly roll.
Bake at 350 until evenly browned. If you want, you can brush the outside with egg wash for a glazed look. Don't forget to cuat a few "vents" in it before baking.
