your cube steaks the easy way? I would dredge the cube steaks in flour to
which I would have added seasoned salt and pepper. Fry the cube steaks in a
small amount of canola or vegetable oil until brown on both sides. Place the
cube steaks in a 9" X 13" pan along with 2 sliced onions, a red or green bell
pepper, some sliced mushrooms, and some minced garlic. Take a large can of
cream of mushroom soup (family size), 3/4 cup of white wine (or water), and 2
dashes of worcestershire sauce. Mix the soup mixture into a bowl and pour over
the cube steaks. Cover the pan with a piece of aluminum foil. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour or until the steaks are done. After an hour, test one of the
steaks. If it isn't done, increase the cooking time by 15 minute intervals
until the steaks are done. I would also remove the aluminum foil when I tested
the steaks. The steaks should be nice and tender and the veggies will be
cooked, too. I would serve this with rice or mashed potatoes so that the
delicious gravy over the steaks and the rice. I would probably have broccoli
spears, sliced tomatoes, and some kind of bread. Here in the south our
beverage of choice would be--sweet tea with lemon.

I hope that this helps!
