CHINESE FISH ROLLS ******************* 1 lb sole fillets 4 slices ham diced finely 1/2 lb cooked spinach 1 tsp crushed garlic(3 cloves) 2 Tbls soy sauce 1 tsp freshly grated ginger sesame seeds to garnish
Combine ginger and s/sauce in a shallow dish,dip fish in it and coat completely.Mix ham,garlic and spinach together.Spread each fillet with some stuffing,then roll up.fasten with a toothpick.Place in a buttered casserole dish and pour marinade over,bake at 180c(350f) for about 30 mins depending on thickness of fish.Sprinkle with seeds prior to serving.Hope you like it Julie
