from a very cool S.Africa today.Heres a very easy ice cream rec.for you It was
allways a great hit at my childrens partys whan they were tinyI use to add
smarties to it or shavings of chocolate!!!!!!!!!
EASY EGG-FREE ICECREAM

1 can evaporated milk(410g)
1 can condensed milk(397g)
2ml grated lemon rind
5 ml lemon juice

Chill cans in fridge for 24 hrs .Beat e/milk well,add c/milk,l/juice and rind
and beat thoughly.Freeze until set and there you are.
