I'm with Debbie, I don't cook on Mother's Day either. Hubby and the kids do it.
For a late breakfast they fixed me Picante Omelet Pie with toasted Cinnamon
Oatmeal Raisin Bread, sliced tomatoes and orange wedges. Very colorful and
delicious. I skiped lunch because breakfast was so late. Fot dinner they fixed
Mulan's Fresh Baked Fish Sticks (from my daughters Disney cookbook), green beans
with new potatoes, beets (left over) sliced tomatoes (from the garden) and
cucumbers. It was all very good, even better than usual because I didn't have
to cook it.
