Hi There,how about cooking the rolls in chicken stock til tender and serving this as a side sauce,I think the pears would complment the sweet potatoe filling nicely......see what you think.
PEAR SAUCE ************* 2 ripe pears,peeled,cored and chopped 2 Tbls cream or thin yogurt 1/2 tsp chilli sauce (or to taste) pinch ground netmeg
Place evrything in a food processer and blend til smooth.Transfer to a small pan and reheat gently til warm.......
