2 pds. chicken drummetts 3 tbl. fresh lemon juice 2 tbl. extra virgin olive oil 1 tbl. chopped garlic
Salt and pepper chicken. use freshly ground pepper. Put lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a resealable plastic storage bag. Add chicken. Toss to coat chicken with marinade. Marinate overnight. Remove chicken from bag,reserving marinade. Put chicken drummetts on shish kabob skewer's 1/2 inch apart from each other about 4 per skewer. Grill over direct heat for 10 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade, turn and grill for 10 more minutes or until done.
