Hi There Eggy, Here is the rec for the muffins for you,they also freeze well.
CHEESE and HERB MUFFINS ************************ 2 cups flour 1 cup strongly flavoured chedder cheese,grated- 1 Tbls baking powder 1 Tbls finely grated onion 1 tsp finely chopped celery leaves 2 tsp finely chopped parsley 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs 1 large egg 1/3 cup oil 1 cup milk salt and freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 200c(400f) Sift together dry ingredients. stit in herbs,celery leaves,onion and cheese. combine well. Beat oil,egg and milk together in a bowl and add to the dry ingredients,muxing til just combined. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 20 mins.i love them when they,re still warm,Yum!!!!!!
