Hi Julie, Thanks loads 4 your your response. Yes, I have a Dutch background, and I do make some traditional Dutch meals, such as stampot, and a bread called roggebrood, which is an excellent high fibre, low fat/sugar dark bread. I've been looking for a recipe for krentje-brei on TKL, but so far have had no success. But, then, I live in a Dutch community, so maybe I should be asking locally. Krentje-brei is a dessert. Have YOU heard of it?
