I always enjoy reading your posts and admire your desire for variety! I must admit I lean towards the quick and easy stuff but I always copy your easier-sounding recipes. This soup sounds delightful and I know we will love it. It's on top of my "try these soups" recipes for our fall season. While so many parts of our country have suffered with such high heat this summer, the mid-atlantic and northeastern states had a very cool and pleasant July. August has brought us very, very humid weather which we feel a bit more because of the unusual cooler July temperatures with low humidity. I'm not complaining one bit though but I've spent a lot of time in the house this week! Thanks again for your great recipes.
