I just bought a wonderful book of cuban recipes; Cocina Cubana, las Mejores Recetas by Raquel Rabade Roque and it is wonderful. It is available at Amazon.com. Perhaps in your next trip you will be able to find a home more to your liking. Leave everything in God's hands. I will be posting next week because this week we had the last Board of Directors meeting of the year, and it was a pandemonium. Happy weekend to you and to all my other Kitchen Link friends.
