I read your post to JimC and I would just like you to know I think you are making a very wise choice. Probably you will get a laugh out of the following...I once took someone to small claims court, it took ages to get to court, and YEARS off my life from the stress, preparation, worry and sleepless nights. I won, the judge wouldn't even let them talk, he told their lawyer (I stood up for myself) that his understanding of the matter concurred with what I had just presented(it took all morning for me to present my case, and go through the documentation), and what he (the lawyer) needed to do was take his clients into the hallway and come up with a settlement! Ha! It was a fine moment, BUT NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLE! I would never do it again, life is TOO short. So, I applaud your decision, and I am sure you will be more than fine, attitude is everything, my friend, and you have a good one!
