Is it too presumptuous of me to request your mom's recipe of poultry with sour orange juice and aromatic spices? And could you include the recipe for the Dulce de Naranja. I have sour orange at my patio and at the farm. We use the leaves for tea, with honey and a little bit of cinnamon, and of course as a marinade for pork and other beef.
