CrockPot Stew

This recipe was in our Pittsburgh Press and it is exceptionally good!! Please try it!

2#stew meat
3-4 potatoes, cubed
3-4 carrots, diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 package of onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 12oz can ginger ale

Add all to crockpot and cook 8-10 hours.
