How delicious this sounds, Gina! We had your Grecian Chicken Breasts yesterday for our New Year's meal. They were delicious. I followed your wise directions about making all of the chicken so that we could have leftovers. My daughter ate chicken for lunch today and for supper tonight--and she doesn't even like spinach.
