Pork Chops in Mushroom Soup

My family absolutely loves this. My mom use to make it for my brother and I.

First brown about 6 or less porkchops any kind (if using boneless I've fried as many as 12 dependig on size) in a frying pan. Make sure they are browned well not burnt then add water to the mushroom soup (I use the big cans) whisk the soup so there are no lumps and add to pork chops. Let simmer until pork chops are done. The soup than can be used for gravy and you don't even have to thicken it (pour over pork chops and mashed or baked potatoes). Salt and pepper to taste. Hope you enjoy! Janet
