I am planning on writing a book, after I retire, on the cooking of the Three big Antilles, Cuba, Santo Domingo and Puerto Rico. I think there is such a wealth of recipes and our cuisine is almost unexplored. With your permission, I will include your Article, under your name and with all the proper credits, because I think that no one can explain better than what you did, the wonderful and versatile ROPA VIEJA.
By the way, I had frequently cried while reading Mary Urrutia Randelman's book. I have given it as a gift to all my Cuban friends, here in Puerto Rico.
