would be a wonderful dish if you were having company. It would also be great to divide it and eat half of it and freeze the rest.

Thanks for the wonderful recipe. I'll have to tell my husband that the spinach is turnips. The only two recipes that he KNOWINGLY eats spinach in is: Gina's Grecian Chicken Breasts and Julie's Tortellini Soup.
