I am terrible at making meatloaf! My meatloaf all turn out "slimey" in the middle, I know not why. They do not slice no matter how long I let them sit. I had a recipe which I got off of a Hunts ketchup bottle which was better (that's relative) than most of my efforts but I have lost it. I would appreciate anyone who could either give me suggestions or the Hunts recipe.
